The Coril Group of Companies of Calgary and Osmington Inc. of Toronto are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement that will see Coril purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Redcliff Realty Group effective October 21, 2011. This announcement follows a similar transaction on June 17th whereby the Coril Group acquired Tonko Realty Advisors of Calgary. The Tonko – Redcliff combination is now Canada’s largest independent realty advisory service company and remains deeply committed to continuing the provision of exemplary services to all clients.
